With the help of Mrs. Kyle, Nadia and Cale applied for and were awarded a $1,000 grant through the K4C Foundation to purchase supplies for our annual Community Service project. The three of them shopped at Graber Hardware today to prepare for next Wednesday's event. Thank you, Mrs. Root, for finding this grant to apply for!!

Tomorrow is science testing for the 8th and 11th Grade. Please make sure your students have eaten a good breakfast and had plenty of sleep . Students need to arrive to school on time by 8 am to be ready to test.

**REMINDER** Dear USD #398 Community, We would like to inform you that on April 24th, Peabody-Burns will be hosting a Junior High Track Meet in Goessel. This event will occur during the school day, necessitating the participation of our faculty and staff to ensure its success. Consequently, there will be no school for all Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade students on Thursday, April 24, 2025. We want to encourage everyone to come out and support our athletes. Friday after school some of the staff enjoyed the nice weather and played in a pickleball tournament hosted by our Wellness Committee. Congratulations to the winners: Bob Kyle and Brett McGee!

After spring break our 10th grade biology classes focused some time on getting CPR and first aid trained by our Nurse. Now all the students have a Red Cross Certification that is good for the next 2 years!
