The PBES halftime show is TONIGHT!
Please have your 2nd - 5th grader to the high school Brown Gym by 7pm, the start of the varsity boys' game. We'll line up in the music room after the first quarter and perform at halftime. The kids have worked hard and are really excited. Come cheer them on!

PBHS Warriors take on Little River at home this evening! JV Boys will start at 5pm, Girls Varsity at 6pm, and Boys Varsity will follow the Girls. Hope to see you there!

This coming FRIDAY, January 9th, our PBES 2nd - 5th graders will be showcasing their skills in a rhythmic basketball half-time show. Plan to join us for this exciting event!

Back at it!!!

January 1!

Our PBES 3rd grade has been super busy this week, after reading Amos and Boris we built 3 boats, foil, cardboard and paper and then we counted how many Pennie's it took to sink each boat. Finally we graphed our information.

Santa is real! In 3rd grade we introduced binary code by writing a secret message to Santa and then creating a necklace with the same code so Santa can find us.

Wednesday of this week the 3rd graders were hard at work again creating cages to save our candy canes from rough falls and a Grinch-mobile to help out the Grinch. Both activities focus on the science principles of motion and force, and it's fun!

Attention-Due to high winds, The Peabody-Burns Junior High Basketball games against Centre have been cancelled. Coaches will be reaching out to players with additional information. Thank you for supporting our Warriors.

The PBJH Basketball games in Centre this evening are being rescheduled due to the high winds and bus travel. We are planning to reschedule sometime in January, coaches will let players and parents know once we have a new date.
