On Thursday, the senior class continued the tradition of walking the hallways of Peabody-Burns Elementary School. This time was a bit different as Mrs. Hall and Mr. Bartel started a new tradition to go along with the hallway walk. Seniors teamed up with kindergarteners to help take ownership in our kindergarten class one day walking those same hallways by signing and "Intent to Graduate" certificate. The kindergarten students will receive this certificate on their graduation day! A huge thank you to our amazing class of 2023! Good luck with all your future endeavors and know your school family and community will always be here to help guide you along the way.

The class of 2025 is currently selling raffle tickets for 5 raffles that will be drawn during The Memorial Day Dinner (you don't need to be present to win)! The raffle baskets pictured below are a kids' pool basket, an adult coloring basket, a puzzle basket, a Peabody memorial basket, and 2 chances to win a season family pass to the Peabody City Pool (not pictured). Dear Parents,
The BOE would like to support those students and staff who would like to attend the All Schools Day Parade in McPherson, so there will be no school on Friday, May 12th. If your student is involved in the band and rides a the bus to school. please call the Central Office at 620-983-2198 during normal business hours, so we can arrange transportation.

Thanks to Health Ministries Mobile Clinic we were able to get around 20 of our student athletes FREE physicals without them having to leave school property.
