Research has shown while students tend to be easily distracted, short, regular breaks help them focus. The couple-minute break may reduce students’ stress and actually help increase their learning and completing tasks.
Based on years of research, it has been documented students who are physically active outperform those who are not. It truly has been good for their brains to take the brain break!
